The building impresses with its amenities. The two-story fitness center is spacious and fully equipped.There is a garden area on the third floor where you can relax or read. The multiple lounge spaces make it easy to find a spot to study or work from home.

We have loved living in LINC for the last 8+ years.l and raising our three kids here. The front desk staff make us feel safe and welcomed home every time we walk in the door. They have watched our family grow. The apartment is spacious and the views are stunning, even after the high rise came to block much of the Manhattan skyline. Looking out the window at night feels like looking out at a sky full of stars- which is so special for our city kids. The maintenance team is quickly responsive and efficient, no matter the ask. The amenities (two levels of gym, play room, bball court, roof deck and lounge) are excellent, quiet, clean, and well maintained. We love calling LINC our home.

During the final walkthrough, please record a video to ensure the inspector remains professional and does not attempt to intimidate you regarding repairs. The unit's condition should be evaluated based purely on objective facts. You can see evidence of my own unpleasant move-out experience in the attached photos and the resident manager's subsequent explanation. The handyman was disrespectful and threatened me, claiming the entire floor needed to be replaced and describing the unit as a 'biohazard.' I found this threatening because the LVT flooring used at Linc is extremely durable and stain-resistant and the handyman has been in this industry for a long time. I can’t find any other reason why he stated the whole floor needs to be replaced besides threatening me. His behavior contradicte

We’ve been residents at LINC for almost 2 years and couldn’t be happier. The management team is responsive, the building is consistently clean, and any maintenance needs are taken care of fast. The location and amenities make everyday living easy. Highly recommend living here!

There are so many great things about this apartment building that I have to mention about: Professional management, fast and careful maintenance service, friendly, enthusiastic staffs who truly care about what they do. They are the core of this building that makes the tenants’ lives, including mine, so pleasant and comfortable. Even though the building was built in 2014, I still think the lobby looks great with sleek design and is always very well-cleaned. Elevators are always fast. Nice roof-deck with amazing Manhattan skyline view and no reservations needed. Had such fun, relaxing time hosting BBQ parties here. Also, spacious and fully equipped gym with no amenities fee!! I and my boyfriend moved in here after Linc just thoroughly renovated most of their units so I hardly see any aging
