I wanted to leave a quick review of my experience with the Ligon Investment Group. It's a little old but better late than never. I took one of their Mentor classes a few years ago and it changed my life. Like most people interested in Investing I bought a few online courses but most of the Guru courses are for wholesaling strategies. The Ligon Group taught me how to become a true Real Estate Investor. Now I've fix and flipped over 15 homes. I'm not sure if they still offer classes but if they do I highly recommend anyone who has a passion for Real Estate to attend. A.T.

I'd like to take a moment and thank the Ligon Group for finally helping me get our from under this house. I tried a Real Estate agent and a few of those typical we buy houses companies (they offered less then what I paid for the shed and didn't even come out to see it) but this company was so different. They are actually here in Florida and came to the house to give me an offer and even explained the entire process to me over coffee lol. It was a painless and pleasant experience. I called The Ligon Group because they bought my Neighbors house and I saw them remodeling the place and it looked great. I had a property that was given to me and my brother when my Father passed. I wanted to sell it, but the Realtors that we called all told us that we should fix it up first. When I called these guys they came out and gave me a great offer as-is. We're so glad we didn't spend money on fixing the property and paying a Realtor to try and sell it, it was much easier to deal with the Ligon Group. I highly recommend the Ligon Group. This company is run by two very experienced guys, Michael & David Ligon. I only buy my properties from the Ligo Brothers. No matter what property I want, they can help me get it. I only call them for all my real estate needs.
