Lexington Garden Apartments

Affordable. If you need a place right away that will be understanding about your situation. This is what my room looks like. I pay 1100 a month for two people.

Dilapidated, debris everywhere, landlord does not care about this place. Too bad 0 stars is not an option... In agreement with other reviews, landlord is rude and disrespectful (and zombie-like). My friend tried to move in recently. After giving them the money, and a money order for the application fee, and then spending time filling out the application, they brought us what they told us was the only unit they had available. There was no A/C, no toilet lid or seat, ceiling tiles missing, drywall and plywood sheets leaning up against the wall in the living room, warped flooring everywhere, nasty fridge, nasty stove...

I personally have lived at Lexington Garden Apartments before and plan on living there again. The complaints that the lot of you speak of... 1. You never had to deal with the insect problems yourself. 2. The buildings are old. 3. Mrs. Kim Young hates rude people. Me personally I just mind my own affairs until something good comes up. Also with Mrs. Kim sleep walking, depending on how stressful the work day is, due to her and her husband owning other businesses as well, sleep walking does tend to happen.

Please do not move here I was scammed out of an $50 application fee no apt and she claims she never received it. And yes also she loses your money she is very unorganized and gets ppl that apply mixed up. This lady is Terrible

i dropped someone off doing uber around 11p and never been there before & it looks disgusting ! if you actually live here or plan to , you are the problem
