We had a wonderful experience working with heidi from LENNAR mortgage and Shanna Flynn the new home consultant on our new home at Willowbrooke. They were kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, making everything feel smooth and exciting. We truly appreciated their help and guidance and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or building at Willowbrooke.
The HOA not only failed to remove snow during severe winter conditions, but their lack of action directly led to children slipping and falling several times on their way to school.
Please consider any other builder. Blackrock owns them and I built them. Never buy lennar
Do not work with or purchase a home from them ever. Incomplete products, poor communication, and predatory sales tactics. Cardboard quality homes, and extremely over priced. Never ever ever work with them
The maintaince fee increases without any improvements. I don't understand.
