Briar Pond Apartments & Townhomes

I'm impressed with the upkeep here. The lawn is manicured every single week. Fall clean up of the fallen leaves starts early. The parking lot and ground floor underneath garage have been professionally cleaned and fresh stripes painted in less than 5 months here. Also the inside, lobby and hallways are regularly cleaned. My 2 maintenance requests were handled professionally and timely as well. I'm so glad I chose Briar Pond Apartments to be my home.

Waste of time! With no one answering the phone I decided to scheduled a tour online and tried to confirm multiple times with no luck from the office. I should of known better... but I took time off to still show up for the tour and could not get a hold of anyone. The maintenance person was nice enough to let us in and took us to the office. The shades and door were closed but he said he peeked through the blinds and saw that someone was there. This was during business hours! We knocked and called but whomever that person was never bothered to have the courtesy to come talk to us. I've emailed them with what happened and never got an email or call back.

My girlfriend and I lived there for a year. It was a great experience. The apartment complex was always clean and well maintained, and the staff was always really helpful. We had two insides come up during our time there (toilet and AC). Both issues were handled within an hour of us making a call. The AC issue was even after normal hours. We would have stayed for another two years but unforeseen circumstances caused us to have to leave MN earlier than we expected. I accidentally had a package mailed there after we left and the office staff was kind enough to have it forwarded to our new address. Sarah was always extremely helpful and nice. I’d recommend Briar Pond to anyone.

I lived here for almost 4 years and I loved it! We got lucky and got in right away. Customer service was great and the new management team was very helpful as well. Whenever I called for maintenance at my apartment, it was fixed within a few days. Perfect price with washer and dryer in unit. Great location for my work, school, stores, and right by the highway. I would definitely recommend living here.

I've lived here for 4 years and I still Love it here but I really WISH we had Cameras in the Hallways and in the Garage and in the Parking lots.. I remember these Apartments being built and I said I Wish I could lived here someday but it looked so pricey but my Wish came true and I live here now with my Baby Girl Wendy my Dog protects me.. I probably be living here until the day I Die. Briar Ponds Apartments are the Best and the Managers are Great and the Maintenance does their job and the Caregiver he cleans my building 100%
