I absolutely love my unit and my experience living in this community. From the moment I moved in three years ago being part of the very first group of residents. I have felt safe, secure, and truly at home. The development maintains a very low level of disturbances, and on the rare occasion I saw a patrol car near the area, the officer mentioned it was for a minor, unnecessary call. While no place can please everyone, I genuinely appreciate the thoughtful security features, especially the Ring camera included with each unit. One of my favorite aspects of living here is the concierge garbage pickup it’s such a convenient and unique amenity. If you have other options, please consider them because this place is falling apart at the seams. Management will provide endless excuses for the lack of timely repairs and communication. They will fix things, sure, but only if you ask. Unfortunately the residents pay more attention than the staff here. They claim to make morning walks to check the property but I will find garbage everywhere and giant spider webs hanging from every garage or light fixture, poop on the ground, yeah they will ignore all those things. Unless you complain. I feel more like an employee here than a resident. We've lived here as a family for over 3 years now and its only gotten worse. Love our maintenance team here! They are so quick—literally just submitted a request late last night and they showed up and completed the task effectively within 12 hours. This is common, as well, from previous maintenance requests submitted to them. Appreciate this team as we have not always had such great experiences with other apartment complexes in the past prior to moving here. Thanks again!

place is beautiful but property management is not great. there are charges for everything such as dog poop, trash, etc. we couldn't cancel our garage to avoid charge when we no longer need it. management stated once we pay for a garage, it stays within our entire lease. this was not communicated at all nor was this written in any lease terms. We plan to cancel our lease early due to a move and management did not allow us to find roommates to cover our remaining lease which resulted in us paying outrageous fees. frustration was explained to staff members and no one seem to have any response or willing to offer any suggestions to help us. management are not good at responding to messages and not helpful. We pay for valet trash and our trash has not been picked up various days. maintenance

I am very thankful to be here. I have an autoimmune disease which makes me like the "bubble girl." Other places that I have lived have had things in the environment that trigger reactions- mold, perfume in elevators, petrofluorocarbons in the garage and so on. I have my own front door that goes outside to a little patio and my own little attached garage. I love that there are well maintained sidewalks all over the place and the outdoor lighting is fantastic. I can take my dog out at any time and feel safe and do not need a flashlight even to clean up after her. The staff all seem genuinely concerned about residents well being. It is a gated community, so no issues with car thefts or catalytic converter theft. The gate works like a security door in a typical apartment building. I feel like
