As a resident of this building, I’m extremely disappointed in Norhart and will not be renewing my lease. My husband and I moved into a one bedroom apartment, and with fees, utilities, one parking pass, and rent it’s just under $2,000 a month. Much more than the listing price. We were told that the construction behind the building would likely be done in a few months/before winter… it is now mid February and they aren’t even close to finished. In addition to this, we were told it would be a dog park, but we can clearly see it isn’t a dog park and it is a large ugly building (the dog park was one of the reasons we chose this apartment specifically). The building constantly smells like weed or cigarettes, we have sent an email to the manager (which seems to always change because past ones

Overall, I really enjoy living here. The building is nice and quiet, the amenities are great, and the location is very convenient. It feels peaceful, which I appreciate. Parking in general (including guest parking) can be frustrating, which seems to be a common concern. My biggest safety concern is the speeding in the tightly packed parking garage. It’s very unsafe, especially with limited visibility around corners. That’s something management should address before someone gets hurt. Another issue is the amount of dog waste left in the grass areas. Many residents are not picking up after their pets, and it’s becoming unsanitary. I don’t have pets, and I shouldn’t have to worry about stepping in waste when walking around the property. This needs better enforcement and accountability. As

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our experience at Norhart has been nothing short of a disaster. We moved into the building on December 31st, 2024. At this point, the amenities and half of the building were still under construction. We were shown mock AI photos of what the building would look like upon completion. The building fell very short of the expectations based on the photos. In spring/summer time, we had major concerns regarding our two in garage spots. The dust in the parking garage was unmanageable and we were forced into getting multiple car washes a week to avoid paint damage to our vehicles. During this time, we emailed the leasing office with multiple concerns. They did not answer til a week later when I forwarded the email and asked for a response. There is a mass issue wi

Great location and nice apartments, but the weed smell is constant. Management sends texts and emails about it, yet it still comes through vents and into my unit. With medical sensitivities, this isn’t just annoying. It often feels like there’s an explanation for everything but no real fix. For a brand-new building, the technology is also behind. The call box and access systems feel clunky compared to other new complexes. I’m on the ground floor and was told a lock would be added to my screen door for security, but that hasn’t happened. The building also has a movie theater, but one person often uses the whole space. Scheduled movie nights or basic structure would help. I want to like living here, but these issues affect day-to-day comfort.

I’ve been looking through the reviews here, and it’s absurd how many people have been saying the same things for so long, but management hasn’t changed anything! They need to listen to their residents and make change. One thing that really bothers me is having to pay for guests. It just feels stupid. Having friends or family visit is a normal part of living in an apartment, and it shouldn’t come with extra fees every time. Clearly a lot of other residents agree as well. For how much we are paying, you’d expect the whole building and common areas to always be clean and smell free. That is a basic standard, not something people should have to keep complaining about. I really hope management starts taking the reviews and complaints more seriously. Listen to your residents!!!! It’s been a ni
