Cottage Homesteads of Aspen

Cottages of Aspen are under new management for almost a year now. There have been changes. As expected we Seniors are now responsible for our own energy bills. However, we now have professional lawn care/snow removal and I have seen other much needed major repairs happening around the complex.. The staff has been left in place.. I personally am glad to see Todd still here, he is a fixture in this community. I'll continue to update..

Only lived here since Nov but I love my place, 2 bedroom, one price!!

Nice place staff friendly however I did do some work for them and was paid promptly it is close to shopping and Doctor offices for our seniors

Nice and quite. I visit my mother here often and someday might live here as well
