Karina was very sweet when giving my son and I a tour. We can't wait to hopefully make this our home.:)

I took a tour with Karina after a long day of touring other places. Karina was so sweet, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She really cared about me finding my new apartment by getting to know me, narrowing down my priorities and showed me some beautiful units! DO NOT LIVE HERE. The person who lived above me passed away. An odor became noticeable in my unit and I took steps to ensure it was not coming from my unit. I informed the property manager on Friday February 14th and the body was not found until Thursday February 20th. The property manager refused to divulge the source of the odor but I have a first hand witness account of police ambulance, and hazmat team present at the building on the day I was informed the source of the odor was found. Additionally I confirmed this with another resident when I returned to reclaim some of my belongings. I couldn't take everything due to the smell. Where do I start,I lived there for a little over 2 years,my car got broken into in the main parking lot,main office said we’re working on cameras,there maintenance crew is crap they half ass fix stuff I had multiple closet doors break and “be fixed” then when I moved out I got charged for them being broken even though it was on maintenance to fix them the right way, but they couldn’t. Same with my dishwasher It always leaked. Then upcharging for these apartments it’s definitely not worth your money if you’re looking for an apartment I’d look elsewhere. The neighborhood is obviously not safe The only way my car didn’t get broken into is if I got a garage, but that’s more money out of my pocket. I lived here for about a year, and I loved it! Management was always there for me when I needed something. They make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Maintenance requests and other concerns were promptly addressed. My neighbors were friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet and great overall. I moved out because the new rates did not work for me, considering the property does not have elevators or a gym. Otherwise, I’d been happy to stay here for another term.
