Lennar at Crane Landing

We toured Crane Landing a few months ago and met Kyle, who became our home sales consultant. We purchased a home and closed in early January and we could not be happier with our experience. Kyle was exceptional, always communicating clearly, answering every question, and helping us secure a fantastic deal on our home. Since moving in, we have had a few minor warranty issues, but the process was seamless and easy to navigate. Even after we moved in, Kyle stopped by to say hi and check in, which was incredibly personable and showed that he genuinely cares about the residents here. We are grateful for his dedication and support throughout the entire process.

Terrific experience from start to finish working with Kyle on our new home purchase!! His knowledge of the community and specifically SWFL was a game-changer in our decision making process. He's always had our back throughout the buying process when minor issues or timing of closing arose. Kyle exemplifies the definition of true Customer Service and we're beyond proud to now have him as an extended member of our family. The community has been a very enjoyable place to raise our family. All I can say is WOW, to describe my experience with Kyle. Due to issues on my end, the home buying process was stressful. Kyle went above and beyond to make things happen. He connected me with the right resources to resolve certain issues. He was in the fight with me throughout which my family and I are very thankful. Even after we closed, Kyle remained in contact and helped me out with a few other things. Kyle, THANK YOU MY BROTHER FROM ANOTHER MOTHER, you will be blessed beyond measures as you have a good heart and GENUINELY care.

I strongly advise against considering this community, due to the numerous false statements made by its representatives in order to finalize a sale. Specifically, claims regarding the presence of full-court basketball courts, fishing permissions in the ponds behind the homes, and parking allowances on sidewalks were all proven to be false. Moreover, the existence of two HOAs for townhomes was not disclosed to us. My experience as a resident in this community has been deeply unsatisfying.

We absolutely LOVE our Lennar home. Truly, if you’re looking to move to SWFL a new build from Lennar is the best way to go. The process from start to finish was extremely easy. I have heard horror stories about buying homes, but this whole process was quick and painless. The team does a great job at answering all questions, allowing you to visit your home while it’s being built at any time, and walking you through each step. I mean it when I say, I could text our sales agent at any hour of the day, any day of the week and she would reply to us! Process aside, our final home is beautiful. I know there is a lot of builders out there that “cookie cut” homes and don’t take special care, but we did not experience this at all. At our final walkthrough we made a list of concerns / fixes and all w
