Been in real estate since 2013 and I have never came across a more incompetent title company. Their inability for proper communication and simple attention to detail are the two things this company has never heard of. I lost $1,700 because the only one job that they had to do which is a proper closing, they did wrong. Realtors do yourself and your clients a huge favor and NEVER work or refer this title company if you value your property, your time, and your client's.

Bay Breeze was the choice for the seller of the home I was the buyer. From the few times I went into the office the girls were nice and helped me very quickly. I did not end up buying the home but they were very fast with returning my deposit which was extremely appreciated. All in all I had a good experience with this company.
