The sales consultant Kim Moore at Del Webb Oak Creek was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to help us with our needs. Although we are not yet ready to relocate at this point but we will return to her when we decide in the future. She is a great asset in her company and deserves promotion. 3/1/26

Dave Grech aka "Gulf Coast Dave", was the guiding force for us to purchase a Pulte Home in another community. We were deeply saddened at his departure from our community. Nonetheless, Del Webb Oak Creek has really scored big on his arrival there. Three things about Dave that you will experience and they are as follows: Dedicated Customer Service, Honest and Reliable Interactions, and thirdly which is most important, Dave is committed to finding you the home that will best fit your needs or dreams. He is that good!! Plus, he can really belt a good tune like "Mackie is back in town"!! I highly recommend him, 5 Star Service.

I found the Del Webb Oak Creek neighborhood online while living in CA. I sent my sister and brother in-law to look at it for me since they lived nearby. After looking at the neighborhood and models, they called to tell me they found my perfect home. They were right! I love my home and community with all the amenities. I could not be any happier. I am looking forward to treating them to dinner at the Oak Creek restaurant that just opened up to celebrate my purchase. I had a very smooth transaction and enjoyed working with everyone at Pulte.
