Very professional. Was on time for the appointment and called to let me know he would be here and was on time. Very thorough and explained what he was looking for and allowed me to follow him while he was doing the inspection. I had not ever seen behind the electrical box or the hot water heater. It was nice to see these items since I am a widow and my husband always took care of these things.
