Seneca at Oak Creek

I have been here for a few months and what I have to share so far is the following: 1 Do not get an apt that backs up to Bayshore road. The noise from the traffic is OUTRAGEOUS rendering your back patio and backyard a useless space. Forget about opening your slider on nice days bc you cant even hear the TV or have a conversation the traffic is SOO loud. 2 They rape you on mandatory internet AND cable charges. So that internet, cable, cell phone bundle you have, kiss it goodbye. $160 a month EXTRA for this "feature" AND 99% of the channels they offer you are free with a firestick, Pluto tv or antenna. Complete scam. 3. You pay every month for a bug guy that only comes "when needed" and he leaves behind HUGE piles of poisonous granules on your front porch that your dog and you can walk right

I have been at Seneca at Oak Creek for 3 months now and love this new community. The villa I have has a wonderful layout and looks like home! Friendly staff and they have many activities/socials for us.

My Husband & I have been at Seneca for two years, a beautiful & clean community. The units consists of one to two bedrooms, some with a den and garage. The community consists of a heated pool, gym, library and a gathering room. Many fitness activities are offered which includes water aerobics and line dancing! The entire staff is friendly and helpful, we recommend Seneca for anyone who would like to live in a vibrant 55+ community. Cindy & Rick Roginski

Seneca is a wonderful place to live! This 55 and older community is very active and offers its residents a variety of activities each day. If you want to attend workout classes Fitness Director Nichole has classes that range from “Sit Fit, Stretch, Balance, Aqua and Strength training” just to name a few for all fitness levels and ages . The Units are all on one level (no more climbing stairs) and each has its own screen room. The property is well groomed and well maintained (No more having to cut the grass in the heat or paying for a leaking roof) just sit back and relax and enjoy life. The Office Manager, Bernice, is always available to help and answer any questions along with Crystal and Jennifer. My wife and I love living in our condo style one level unit. Great people in this 55+ community. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. There are many activities available.
