I want to recommend Legacy Property Inspections when you need Inspections during the home purchasing process. It was easy from beginning to end. Making an appointment was completed on line. On the day of the inspection, Frank arrived on time. He was thorough in each facet. He demonstrated knowledge in every area and worked deliberately, safely, and with out disruption. When completed, all interested parties received the results. He also performed a wind mitigation report which saved me money on my homeowners insurance policy. The price paid for all this was well in line with other companies. I enjoyed using this company and so will you.

His wife was incredibly helpful in scheduling around my night shift work schedule, and Frank completed my home inspection right before my builder came out for my one-year walkthrough. He was punctual, respectful of my home, and very thorough. Frank even mentioned that he might be nitpicking certain items, which I actually appreciate since small issues can sometimes lead to bigger problems.
