Rented from them for Four years, took care of the place when I decided to move out I left the place cleaner than when I got when I moved . I did the final walk through with the “property manager” and was told I would be getting my deposit back since the place was cleaned 10 days later I got my deposit back they took over 600 dollars for a deep clean and miscellaneous. I would never recommend this this property management to anyone. Staff wasn’t to friendly either. Wish I could leave a zero star review.

I’ve had a great experience with Lawson realty. Absolutely love the house that I am renting. Everyone has been great at communicating and pleasant to speak with. They’ve been quick to fix any issues that have came up and I would rent from them again.

As a property manager, Lawson Realty did an excellent job finding quality tenants and ensuring our house was well cared for and maintained while under lease for 6+ years. Cheryl's team was easy to work with and very responsive when we had questions or concerns. Management fees and necessary repairs were very affordable. Managing our rental was not something I wanted to deal with on my own. When it came time to sell, the entire process was smooth and easy - from prepping the home, showings and then closing. The house sold very quickly. I really appreciate all of Lawson Realty's hard work and help through the years.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, it seems this company is scamming people for the application fee for their rentals. Looks like they collect many applications (and the fee, $100 per couple) and then weeks will go by and you will hear nothing about whether or not you’ve been approved. They “mail their decision to you” (never received it) Don’t believe them when they say not so great credit is ok with them! They just want that application fee and will say whatever you want to hear to get you to apply

I've been a tenant w Lawson Property Management for over 6 years. They treat me with respect & kindness. Cheryl Lawson is a great person & always fair. Their service is first class. They serve residents quickly & protect owners of their properties. Anytime I needed a repair it's been handled fast & fixed professionally. I recommend using their services whether you are a renter or property owner seeking to lease out a property.
