Latham Apartments

I’m now starting my second year at Latham Park, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. The community is warm and friendly, and the leasing office has done an amazing job from day one — they’re always welcoming, helpful, and make you feel right at home. Maintenance is consistently on time and well done — every request I’ve made has been handled quickly and professionally. The grounds are beautiful, with walking trails, peaceful ponds, and plenty of wildlife. It’s also super dog-friendly, which has been a big plus for me. Latham Park is truly an awesome place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained, peaceful, and inviting community. Best, Jett/Mia

I’ve been at Latham almost a year and it has been a great experience in all ways. It’s very clear the people at Latham care about the community and residents. From events to friendly staff to a commitment to quality in all ways, things are done right here. I know I wasn’t the first person to live in my apartment but it seemed like it based on the amazing condition it was in. My apartment layout and big garage are awesome. When I’ve needed minor maintenance it was done quickly by friendly staff. The gym and clubhouse are nice and always very clean. Being connected to a Hilliard park with a fishing pond and also to the Hilliard bike path are great benefits. My favorite place I’ve ever lived. Highly recommend.

Recently I found myself moving from a rural area to the city. I thought I would never find the feel and privacy of a country home. Latham Apartments has provided that to me. The staff is outstanding. Maintenance is timely in their response and amenities are great. Neighbors are quiet and courteous. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe and well-maintained place to live.

I lived here for 2 years had to relocate recently to another part of the state. This is a fantastic community. It's quiet. The apartment was very clean, spacious and I loved the attached garage. There are lot of windows. The place was so well lit that I hardly had to use lights during the daytime. I did not have to go outside to get in the car to leave. That was great especially when it was raining or very cold out. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. I enjoyed my experience so much that I plan on moving back when I return to area.

I moved to Latham in January 2024, and I have been extremely satisfied with my 2 bedroom apartment. The attached extended garage has been perfect for storing all of my coaching equipment and holiday decor. I truly love the Wetland preserve area and the walking paths that go throughout the property and lead into uptown Hilliard. I enjoy walking to the clubhouse each day to get my coffee from the stabucks cafe. The community events have been a great way to get to know folks. I am looking forward to seeing the beautiful grounds this summer when everything is in full bloom!
