Tempo at Truepointe

We looked at multiple apartment complexes in the Hilliard area and by far - not only was Tempo priced right, but Mckenna the manager was incredible! We were able to tour every type of apartment layout and she worked with us to get us in the apartment quickly as we were on a tight timeframe before starting a new job. She was so friendly and welcoming - and every time we have had a question since moving in - she responds immediately and has been so helpful! Would highly recommend Tempo - great location, good pricing, new facility - and the management team rocks!

You submit a maintenance request and it’s handled so fast you start questioning whether they were already standing outside your door, listening. There is no ghosting. No lies. No “that’s normal.” Just solutions. The apartment itself is clean, solid, and refuses to participate in drama. No surprise floods. No haunted outlets. No appliances held together by vibes and hope. This review is meant to seriously caution anyone considering renting here. Sorry in advance for the long read, please do🫶🏼. I reported a complete loss of heat on December 6. My apartment remained without functional heat until January 2, nearly a full month during winter. This period included a snowstorm on December 13 and the holiday season, meaning I went through the holidays without heat. I live in a first floor unit backed up to the highway, which makes the apartment particularly drafty and cold even under normal conditions. Being without heat for weeks in these conditions is a serious habitability and safety issue. Tempo and the leasing team are INCREDIBLE! The location is perfect for my commute to work, the finishes in the apartment scream luxury, and Paige/Makenna are so kind and genuine-makes it feel like home already! Tempo is definitely a top contender for my future move!

The staff were very kind and quickly solved the issue I was having. It makes living here very comfortable.
