Avery Pointe Apartments

I had an absolutely exceptional experience working with Allysa. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. When I explained that I wouldn’t be able to afford the price to move forward as a prospective resident, she didn’t just leave it at that. Instead, she went out of her way to help by sending me an email with information about other apartments within their company that might better fit my budget. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant a lot to me.

I have lived there for whole year. Everyone at the office are very nice and kind. They were supper fast with maintenance. They accept any request and solving it the same day. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors were really lovely and great people. Although there is few problems with the stove and the paint. Other than that it’s really nice, pretty and open. Perfect for new couples and family. 🫡 😊

My wife and I absolutely love living at Avery Pointe! The apartment layout is thoughtfully designed, offering a spacious and functional living space that perfectly suits our needs. Additionally, the quietness within the unit is remarkable, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment that truly feels like home.
