Hilliard Summit Apartments

I truly can’t say enough good things about this place the office manager is wonderful and the staff & maintenance team are amazing. They do very quick responses they helped me when my battery died and jump started my car during this cold temperatures form the storm we had. This doesn’t feel like an apartment this feels like a condo to me and I truly love it here and plan on renewing my lease as well. My neighbors are kind and great I just truly do love it here this is the BEST place I have ever lived in my life.

What a great place! Friendly office staff, Loren is always cheerful and welcoming to any needs. Maintenance is quick to respond and gets work completed fast. The moment I pulled in I knew I would love to call this place home!

I have been living here at the Hilliard Summit in a townhome now for 4 years and I can honestly say I am so impressed with our new manager, Loren! She has been going above and beyond for our community and I am so appreciative of her. She responds literally immediately and truly cares about everything! We love living here and hope to continue making it a great, fun, family safe community and I just want to give her a great compliment for her professionalism and prompt responses each and every time. We love you, Loren! We look forward to a great summer at the pool!! 🫶

Update: unfortunately removing one star because of they have forced us to be at the mercy of nationwide energy partners. My bills are a hundred dollars more than with AEP, and I use very little electricity. It’s bad enough it will deter me from renewing here. I’ve lived here for a couple months now, I’ve been very pleased with the unit and property, it’s beautiful. I enjoy living here. Just had a couple maintenance issues which were taken care of very quickly and professionally, which is a nice change from my last place. The only downfall is the parking issue. There is nowhere to park except the one spot in my driveway, luckily I park in my garage so I can have one guest over. That’s it. One of my guests got their car towed shortly after I moved in, and had to pay $250 to get it back. Ther
