I lived here for a year and decided to not renew my lease for many reasons. Parking is first come first serve, there is never parking at night/evenings. Chances are you are probably going to park very far away from your unit at night. The moment you do get a good spot, it’ll be gone when you come back. I work two jobs, two different shifts so i was always left without parking near my unit. Even better a lot of cars don’t move, people will have multiple cars and never move their cars. Heck one of the cars you can see from google satellite, it sat there for so long the brakes are rusted! People will also park in the new resident parking and handicap spots especially at night but will move first thing in the morning to avoid towing/tickets. I moved here from another state and I automatically felt welcomed by the staff here. The application process was well explained and the apartment was in very clean condition. The pool temperature is so nice and the gym is very clean and has great equipment. Dylan and Dana and the other staff members work hard to make the community at Cortland safe and clean and the community events are fun as well. I also appreciate that it is a smoke free community!

Went to visit my aunt there. It's it's a very nice place. Plenty of room. Looks like it has a pool. Lots of ac activities to do.

Well have been living here more than a year I can make a honest review: unit itself doesn’t have any problems no leaks no mold no smells and no roaches that it’s a plus appliances are in good condition landscaping is take care off. The biggest problem is parking I work late shifts and by the time I got home there no parking spots available have to park in the handicap ones when they are free because people use them for the same reason there’s no spots at night, part of the problem is someone running a illegal car dealer in the premises of the complex I have been counted till 8 cars with no plates no stickers parked for weeks to be late replace for another at in the same situation been told with neighbors and they are aware of the problem to But there’s no solutions from the office half
