I’ve had an absolutely fantastic experience at Lantower Ambrosio Apartments! The community is beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and stylish interiors that make every day feel comfortable and luxurious. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help, making moving in and living here a smooth and pleasant experience. The location is perfect—close to shopping, dining, and major routes, yet peaceful and quiet within the community. The management really cares about residents, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I highly recommend Lantower Ambrosio to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience in the area!
This should be such a great property… There needs to be grounds people cleaning up trash/debris around the property and in the parking lot. The last place I lived in someone would walk through with a bucket and tongs every couple of days. Multiple people have grills on their patios and use them just feet away from the building or on the patio. The gym has new equipment, but could use some better accessories. Broken down car on the property that was reported and remains. Make sure you’re home when you order packages. The office is never really open. I think they share stuff with Edgewater. The doors slam so dishes rattle in the cabinets. Walls are moderately thin. You’ll probably hear your upstairs neighbor walking around. Trash is placed in bags in the hallways so trash puddles form next t
Still mad about y'all taking my car, but it is what it is. :edit part II: Updated to 3 stars after meeting with Connie, the new property manager. She actually got Triton Towing to agree to get my car back; but, I had until 12:00 noon before they sold it at auction. I work nights, so I was not available before that time. Car got sold today (lol) but the fact that Connie advocated for me in absentia, completely changed my perspective. She won that fight, got Triton Towing to release my car, but I am Of The Night... I was caught by surprise. I did not expect that to happen. Car still gone, but the effort earned my respect. A win is a win. Connie also spent the time to write a recap of our meeting today, and emailed it. A previous message was written with AI, but not this one. I thought th
I've been living in Ambrosio for over two years now, and I can tell you that my experience has been excellent. It's a wonderful place to live. I recently moved from one unit to another due to preference. and I want to thank Lucy for making my move so easy and for her constant support. Since she arrived, she has always been a great help to the residents, providing detailed information and demonstrating great professionalism. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to lend a hand. My experience in Ambrosio just keeps getting better and better; you can't help but love this place!
I lived at Ambrosio for almost two years, from January 2024 to December 2025, and ended up regretting it for the reasons outlined below: 1. The vehicle and pedestrian gates are often broken. This didn't bother me too much since I think they do little to increase security, but I felt it was worth mentioning. 2. The parking situation isn't good. There are times you will be forced to park a significant distance from your apartment. 3. The pool area is often inundated by non-residents who aren't particularly respectful or well behaved. 4. The complex has electronic, rather than key-based, locks on the apartment doors. This may seem cool until the batteries in your lock die and you're locked out of your apartment until the maintenance team can come by to replace your lock's batteries. 5. T
