KS Partners, LLC

This is a review not about KS Partners themselves but about the Brickstone square property. Since there isn't an official google page for this campus. I am writing my review here. Fair warning for prospective renters about the parking situation. The website advertises about 3000+ parking spaces but please do not be fooled by this. They monetize the parking situation where they penny and dime the renter. I hope that you care about your employees enough to not rent from here. Even if you dint and just was considering this place from a business perspective, it wouldn't make sense as these are not trust worthy people where they attract future renters with false advertisement and later apply hidden fees. Good luck on your search and hope you find the right campus you and your employees deserve.

We've been a commercial tenant at a KS Partners building for about a year now -- my team and I couldn't be happier with this organization. KS addresses every concern/question/request immediately, professionally, and they help us keep our operation moving smoothly. There's a peace of mind that's easy to take for granted here -- our building, office, and property are in good hands, which allows us to focus our efforts on growing our own company. I can't say enough about the KS team -- from the maintenance crew, to the property managers, to the folks we pass in the hallway, everyone has been accommodating, personable, and a pleasure to work with. **Also: To address another review left here -- KS has made parking extremely straightforward.
