No complaints living here after 5 years. Anytime I've had a maintenance request, Brian has taken care of it quickly and professionally. I've never had to follow up on an issue, it's always done right the first time. Thanks Brian!

I love my new studio apartment! Comfortable, updated, secure. Just enough space for me. I also love the parking garage under the building. Management staff very nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We toured Emery Flats and were initially told by the leasing manager that there is guest parking available outside of Building 1. However, after living here for a few months, it’s clear that residents frequently use the guest parking spots, leaving no space for actual visitors. When we brought this issue to the leasing manager’s attention, her suggestion was for guests to park down the street at Target and for us to pick them up. This solution raised even more concerns: What if we have more than one guest? Has Target actually agreed to let Emery Flats residents use their lot for guest parking? Why isn’t there a proper alternative on the property itself instead of shifting the problem somewhere else? Target’s lot is not secure — expecting guests to park far away, especially at night, r
