I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property management company. Communication was extremely poor. Emails and calls went unanswered for weeks or ignored. Maintenance requests were delayed or arrived with no warning. On top of that there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. Information was inconsistent depending on who you spoke too. Move ins were unnecessarily stressful and fees were not explained. I would not recommend living here.

Nina is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She truly CARES and has helped me so much!!!!!! She deserves the best because she is the best💗💗💗💗💗And she actually goes OUT OF HER WAY to help. She is the kindest human I've Ever met

I lived in this community for 4 years. Positive: • Good, convenient location • Competitive rent and decent value • Maintenance team is generally responsive • Westgate office staff (Amy, Lisa, Lexi) are helpful, though the Hamilton Company overall is poorly managed Negative: • They charged me a lease violation penalty simply because I uploaded my renters insurance policy to their portal one day late after renewal, even though there was never any lapse in coverage. The delay in uploading happened because there were only 9 days left on my lease, and I had to sign a new policy just to cover that short period and hadn’t received the paperwork. Services provided to resolve my issues were awesome. Specially, I would like to appreciate the maintenance person who really worked hard for several days to find and fix the real issue which was there from few months.
