This apartment complex is by far the best I have ever lived in. From management down to the maintenance crew. Management has been nothing less than kind, patient and supportive. The maintenance crew is the same. Always around and willing to help and efficient. I have been here for two years and I could not be more satisfied! Me and my son choose the right place to call our home. Thank you J Woburn heights!

Worst place we have ever lived. New leasing staff are incompetent, unresponsive, and rude if they decide to even answer you. Prepare to deal with homeless living in the parking lot, weed smoke all hours, and leaks in your apartment, and lazy maintenance staff that fix nothing. My unit was full of black mold… instead of fixing it Amber tried to make us feel like we were the problem. Stay clear of J Woburn Heights.

Living at J Woburn Heights has been fantastic! The hilltop views are breathtaking, and the amenities, like the resort-style pool and clubhouse, are top-notch. The spacious, modern apartments are perfect for comfortable living. The staff is excellent and always responsive. Having been part of JAG management before, this is the third property I've lived in, and it's the best yet. Highly recommend!

We’ve lived here for three years, and it’s truly been the best apartment experience we've ever had. The units are modern, spacious, and filled with natural light — it immediately felt like home. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and any maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. A special shout-out to John, who has been consistently helpful, and responsive. The property managers Carlos and Coline made this experience even more smooth. Very respectful, caring, responsive, can't say enough. From the peaceful environment to the quality of service, living here has exceeded our expectations. We’re so grateful to have called this community home.

I recently moved into this apartment, and the experience has been fantastic so far! The leasing agents were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the application and move-in process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, addressing all my questions and concerns with great professionalism. After moving in, I noticed a few minor issues in the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were resolved. Maintenance sorted everything out right away, which made settling in much easier. The apartment itself is brand new, spacious and clean, and the community has been great. Overall, I’m very happy with my choice to move here. It’s a well-managed place with a team that genuinely cares about its residents. Highly recommend!
