She took the time to show us around the property and walked us through the apartment while explaining the layout, amenities, and the leasing process. This is my 3rd apartment community Ive lived in and this complex truly sets the bar for modern living. The amenities are outstanding and thoughtfully designed—everything from the fitness center and resident lounge to the common spaces feels high-end, clean, and well maintained. It genuinely feels like a community rather than just a place to live. The property management team is great. I had a personal issue on move in day and the manager Jacqui went out of her way on a day off to supprt me to make the move-in as easy as possible. The attention to detail throughout the building and the convenience of having so many features on-site, it’s clear this complex prioritizes comfort and quality of life for residents. Nuhamen was friendly and helped us a lot. The building itself is very new and well maintained. Unfortunately, the management process was extremely complicated and frustrating. We are a married couple. The business is under my wife’s name, and she is also employed. The business income is deposited into my bank account. The business uses Stripe for payments, which is not supported by the Swappt system. I was attending school last year and did not fill out the form at that time. However, my 2023 tax return shows an income of $160,000, and our current monthly income is well above the required amount. My fiance and I had just went on a tour today and was shown around by Nuhamen. She was kind and very knowledgeable about the building facilities. She was straight forward about the affordable apartment process. The building facilities were beautiful and well maintained. It smelled amazing from the time you entered the building till the time you left. The apartments that we seen were clean and spacious. We hope that we are able to relocate here and if I can give this building more than 5 stars I would!!!!!! 💯
