My condos building is falling apart birds nesting in the siding lots of missing siding. Property values are gonna tank I’m sure. Very poorly managed and falling apart. This place used to be nice. I may have to sell and move. Absolutely ridiculous. Been like this for over a month and apparently they have no idea what’s going on or when the work will be finished as “they have no control” over the company hired to do the work. Seems like they should at least have information or be up to date on what is going on. Phone calls aren’t actually difficult to make.

Good group of people. They seem to manage quite a few properties. They definitely do a lot of cleaning! And I appreciate that. Thank you Knudson Management

Absolute slumlords. Things are not fixed in a reasonable time, including air conditioning (knowing theres a special needs child in the home) Threatens tenants, does not give notice when lawns are mowed so kids can pick up their toys, just mows them over....even with kids outside playing and watching. Charges 1k plus a month for trailers with holes in the floor DO not rent from them, they're horrible.

it would be nice if they could put in their budget to trim or remove a dead tree that hangs over into my yard. i have asked them for years to consider, but their answer is always "do whatever you want". a good neighbor that runs a business would want to keep their neighbors happy by being responsible for their hazards. ed kermoade

I can't say enough good things about them! Our common areas are clean and keeping up on everything. It's a breath of fresh air!!!
