Our new manager Ted is great! He helps with a lot , anything you need & easy to talk too. This place got a lot better with him being here. No complaints! ☺️

I live across the street at the back of the apartments. There is been a homeless person's belongings and grocery carts across the street from me for two weeks now. I would really like it if they would get rid of that. And I'd also like to add that it would be great if they would stop running drugs out of these apartments. Thank you for your consideration

Clean environment I usually just walk through to the other side, so I don't have to deal with the atmosphere of 82nd ave. But it's always been a pretty kept up apartment complex.

Susie and Susan are awesome. Very professional and courteous. Prompt with responses and handling anything needed quickly and accurately. Go above and beyond they really do. It's not as bad as you would think. I lived there for a bit over 3 years. Late 2021 to late 2024. Homeless people like to hang around at night. Fleas are a huge problem. Break-ins are kinda uncommon. A year into me living here, some people broke into an apartment behind where I was living, and did a bunch of meth in it. Mold isn't a big issue if you buy your own dehumidifier. The property manager is nice. I would honestly say, don't move in unless you are desperate. It is a place to live, I guess. You 100% encounter some crummy things living here, unfortunately.
