I suggest purchasing a good space heater if you live here. Each winter we go without heat for quite a long time. This year it was about a month. I also suggest getting a gym membership so you can get hot showers because you won't get one at home. Also, watch out for Clifford in Apartment 1 because he loves to try opening your doors at about 2am. He also has a nice collection of walmart shopping carts in our parking lot. And don't try contacting the leasing office for anything because they do NOT care. Garages flood with water. Also, they turn off heat in early spring when temperatures are still below freezing. And I almost forgot to mention the lovely gas and water bill increases every fall and spring.

I want to thank Chad and the management team for quick response to my plumbing problem on 2/13/20. My plumbing problem was taking care of with in hour of my call. Just want to Thank you and keep up the good work .

No hot water in an entire building for days despite multiple maintenance requests. Apparently that isn't enough of a reason for the leasing office to speak with the maintenance personnel about the issue despite the fact that they share an office.
