Kelly Properties

I've been renting with Kelly Properties for the past 10 1/2 YEARS and am baffled by the negative reviews from these previous tenants. As one reviewer stated "we were verbally abused when we called for maintenance." I WOULD BEG TO DIFFER! She has NEVER given me any trouble nor has she ever been verbally abusive or otherwise. Katherine's turnaround time in returning phone calls is impeccable! Especially if you need an appliance repaired or replaced in which, I've had several. Her pleasant demeanor makes renting with them comfortable, hence my 10 plus years. She, if not all landlords expect us tenants to pay our rents and keep their properties in livable state! As I've mentioned to her and others several times, I couldn't ask for a better property manager!! I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Proper

Don't rent from them if you want friendly service and any of your deposit back. They do not account for wear and tear so all that happens naturally over time, they accuse you of wrecking.

Dont be fooled like we were ! Listen when told you will REGRET renting any type of property Kelly Properties mananges. I will say it has been the most horrific experience.
