As first time home buyers me and my husband can already confidently say there's no one else we would rather work again than Alisa Meister. She has made the home buying process seem easy with how confident, knowledgeable, relatable, and communicative she has been. She is very educated in her line of work and goes above and beyond for her clients. Her constant communication with every party involved makes the process very smooth. She ensured we are not paying more than what we are comfortable with and even held our lenders accountable to that. She's a great advocate and realtor to have on your side.

I'm very disappointed with my experience as an agent here at KW South Sound. This branch is disorganized, dysfunctional, and unethical. Onboarding was messy. Once onboarded they say they'll help guide you through everything but are absent and barely respond when you ask questions. I think it's only a numbers game, they just want to add you to the count of how many they were able to recruit that month. The office continuously cancels and reschedules the calendar, so there is much confusion weekly. The managing broker, Alysha will only go out of her way to help the agents she's befriended but I've heard her openly talk negatively about and make fun of other agents in the hallway, like high school. Great company with even better training. Lots of support from all of leadership (Alysha and Charlie, specifically) and fellow KWers. This office is in the best location and is very professional. Commission checks are distributed quickly and the Transaction Coordinator offered, Shannon Gala, is a life changer. If you’re looking for a place to hang your license as a Realtor, I’d highly suggest meeting with Alysha, it’s obvious she truly cares about you and is passionate about her job.

We had a young realtor who was being trained/coached by a very senior realtor. We expected the senior realtor to set the young realtor up for success but, to us, that was not the case. We put our house on the market and had a buyer within a week or so. Only issue was, our buyer had a contingency, that they had to sell their house first; and let the nightmare begin. Our realtor did not get a backup offer, in case the offer did not go through. She did not even suggest it to us. We were to close on July 28 but, on July 27 was informed that we were not bc there were issues with the contingency. Our realtor said we can close the following week about Aug 4. That was kicked to Aug 11 and then that was kicked to a no later than 28 Aug but probably sooner. 27 August comes and was told we were no
