Worst guy to work with. If you are renting or selling property from this man be Careful. He is not the man with his word.
Stay away from this person and don’t engage him any of your realtor’s services.Especially if you are new to Hershey, he would trick you to sign the agreement which will more favorable for his side and lock you end up not refunding your rental deposit.He never keep up his words.I recommend anyone to avoid him for any services.The rental agreement from him would be completely different and tricky compared to other apartments in that area.If you are new please be aware from such kind of realtors.
