Makes me sick. 3944 SE 154th Pl, Portland, OR 97236 was a place that could have been puchased and renovated by a family. Instead, JLSRE sold to a flipper that jacked the listing up by $100,000. Flippers are a problem in the housing market, but so are the realtors who sell to them, instead of a family that can handle cosmetic fixes and minor repairs themselves. If you're going to reply and say "there was more than just minor repairs", it was not stated that anything critical needed fixing in the original description.

Had a very bad experience with one of his agents. Will never recommend this agent to anyone. And know, his usual response is "I don't remember doing business with you".
