When I decided to become a real estate broker my friend who is a long time broker with another firm recommended John L Scott because they have an excellent training program for their new brokers. They put on a "Jump Start" for people interested in becoming real estate professionals, if you use that course a starting point you will be heading in the right direction to get into a great career as a real estate broker. If you are looking for an agency relationship that is defined by honesty, integrity a very competent staff that will see your transaction through to the end in a very professional manner. I recommend John L Scott with my highest rating for everything real estate.

Do not work with Scott Hollis as a property manager. Terrible communication, took months to get an accurate accounting of monthly rents and damage deposits. Frequently does not respond back by phone or text (or delays critical responses). Failed to take a damage deposit on one tenant. Provided inaccurate deposit refund and shorted me (the landlord) and the past tenant by large amounts of money.

First time home buyer here, using my VA loan. I have to say this was a great experience!! I worked with Lara Coutu from Lacey, WA and I must say i'm impressed!! I was nervous at first because I didn't know what to do and she took me right in and explained every question i had in detail, so I knew exactly what was happening during the whole process.. If you want your dream home and you want to be comfortable through out home buying process!!! CALL LARA COUTU!!! You won't regret it!
