Our company recently completed a commercial window installation for JMC Management and had a great experience throughout the process. We worked with property manager, Lawrence Jackson and he was very pleasant, communicated clearly, and provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. Coordination was smooth from start to finish, making the project efficient and straightforward. We appreciate the professionalism and would be happy to work with JMC Management again.

I watched my mom take care of the property from the beginning and even when she left she made sure everything was in tact. She didn’t want to renew her lease to the building and they stated playing all types of games with her. Including not wanting to give her the security deposit back. She was in contacts with Trina and as soon as the end came around; Trina A. Wouldn’t even respond to her any more. Very unprofessional and distasteful when you know that a business was ran in honesty and you abided by every rule. Have to do better

HORRIBLE! I watched an owner with my own eyes CLEAN, REMOVE, AND MOVE OUT very professional! Her security deposit was taken from her for absolutely nothing. $750 dollars was taken out for a cleaning fee when it had already been cleaned and cleared out. A broom and some bleach was left behind and that was it. The business doesn’t want bad reviews but the way they are about someone relocating or moving out, they start to play tedious games. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I have dealt with my share of landlords/Agents but never has anyone been like Trena. Usually after the leasing is done, agents leave you high and dry but Trena is always just a call away whenever needed no matter the time.

JMC MANAGEMENT & Ms. Trena has Absolutely earned every single star given. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I started out with intentions to migrate from Atlanta, GA to the Detroit, Mi area, little did I know it was much tougher than expect. UNTIL I found the company ‘JC management’. Ms.Trena was the person assigned to the property that I was interested in. She spoke and gave me so much respect, help and guidance to make it a very easy transition. She was so patient with me, even after I gave her ever reason not to be. Within hours of working with her, I had a plan, a price, and an agent that has become more of a friend than an anything else. I want to personally thank JC Management and Ms Trena for all of there help. I LOVE MY NEW PLACE! Thank you so much HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!
