I am not a tenant, but after having to contact the management about an exterior issue between our properties, I am blown away by how fantastic and prompt they were to deal with. The manager was extremely nice, and easy to contact/receive further communications with. Thanks for being a great neighbor with one of your properties!

We have lived in these apartments for about 3 years now, we are also military. This is a commute to base because it is Olympia but it is only about 30 minutes. The location makes it easy to get on the highway. The inside of the apartments are beautiful. They have a large island which I loved when seeing in person. The appliances are silver and black. Open floor plan so the space seems larger. You do get 1 assigned parking spot the others are up for grabs. On the plus side if you can not get a close spot it is only about a 1 minute walk a the most to get to your car. They also have handicap parking available. They hardly ever answer their phones and when you leave a message it takes them forever to call back if they ever do. When you question the water bills because they split it between the two units they say that they say the city increased rates. My last months water bill was the same it’s been and we didn’t even live there but a week? Open til 5? Nope. Half the time the office is closed by 3. And once again don’t think they’ll answer their phones.... lived there for a year and had nothing but problems.

After being a resident for 3 years we moved out at the end of August 2021. Landlords are required by law (RCW 59.18.280) to return your deposit and full statement as to why they withheld any funds within 21 days. Jackson Rental Properties sent me a blank statement and told me to wait. After 44 days of waiting I took them to small claims court and won my full deposit back. You have obligations as a renter but they also have obligations as a landlord. Know your rights.

They never called me back after I called and left them my phone number. But I'm still waiting for them to have time because I really need a place to live and only 4 days left or I'm completely homeless 😔
