Zimmerman was able to get my family in a good rental when we were in a real crunch for a place to find. Our previous landlord sold his properties and the new owner was fraudulent and sent us packing under horrible conditions. Zimmerman was very helpful, understanding and we are happy to be renting with them.

Desirae Zimmerman unfortunately is not professional, her social media comments to people are horrible and unprovoked. Definitely needs re-educated on how to portray herself as a realtor and businesswoman. Sad to see what I saw online in our public forums, promoting rentals was totally fine, but attacking people and assuming someone wanted a private landlord because of a prior eviction ? Okay, but calling townsmembers fools and saying that she doesn't need our money we need her housing...there was so much more. Maturity, professionalism, etiquette, respect, kindness, those are things she needs to learn Sadly. Happy I found all this out though, so I know who to avoid.

Rented from 2021 to 2025 very nice realtor kind people always worked with me and was very informative when I needed anything. If you are looking to rent I highly recommend them as your next realtor! Highly understanding and quick with maintenance needs as well.

Didn’t even wanna give it one star because it deserves zero stars and angry faces emojis rat infested rentals and they don’t jump on removing them at all but they will put some poison out but they they could be 1020 mice 10 or 20 mice and they expect you to pick up all those mice they don’t even come out to dispose of the mice The dead mice. They’re quite disgusting Zimmerman realty. I don’t I’m not even a renter. I just know people that have rented from them and it’s horrible what they have to live in and most of our senior citizens.

If I could give no star I would. I'm positive the good reviews are friends of Desirae's and/or made up by her staff. If you see Zimmerman Realty run swiftly. Note that she has complaints with the BBB stating she is "the most vile person." The neighbor died in a fire and no one had working smoke detectors. The firemen gave me a smoke detector and she refused to have her maintenance install it. I went eight weeks without a stove. The old stove was sparking, therefore I called the fire dept.The firemen saw the conditions and stated verbatim, "that's a hazard, that's not cool." After weeks of no replacement, a friend of mine called on my behalf. Desirae asked, "Doesn't she have a microwave?" There was no electricity thus no lighting in the hallway for over three months. I continued to complain
