ZERO STARS IF I COULD. The WORST place I’ve ever lived—management is useless, conditions are disgusting, and you pay “luxury” prices for a dump. I should’ve known this was trouble the minute I moved into a DIRTY apartment after being promised a clean one. Nothing like scrubbing a bathroom after a full day of moving—exactly what I paid thousands for, right? Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. Don’t fall for it. Here’s why: 1. Management Doesn’t Care. Hot water broken since March 2024, 5 “repairs,” still not fixed. I gave up because they clearly did. 2. They Enter Without Notice. Illegal in MA, but they don’t care. I only knew they came in because… they USED MY TOILET and didn’t clean up. (Yes, really.) 3. ZERO Safety. Door code given to delivery drivers and randoms. People with

Do not rent here!!! I’ve lived here for a little over a year. Honest review, the first few months I had no problems. Shortly after I started seeing cockroaches in the hallway then in my unit. It became incredibly unbearable & I noticed neighbors moving constantly (I asked and they had the same problem) I also had an expensive package stolen and management did not provide any help whatsoever. I chose not to renew my lease mainly because of the rodent issue but there were plenty of other reasons (i put it in the app that I declined lease renewal) & months after moving out they sent me a letter claiming to charge me triple my rent amount for not giving them 60 day notice before my lease end date (even though I did) so beware of that! They will try their absolute best to withhold your security

My husband & I moved here a couple yrs ago from Pa. And we needed something quick. Inwood got us right in. The move in was super easy. They may have had issues in the past with management and maintenance. But who they have now are great. The maintenance is super quick to respond to any issue you may have and is really nice. Are these luxurious apts? No. But they're not bad and served us its purpose. Most of the neighbors keeps to themselves (which I preferred). Some ppl who move in don't realize how much you can hear. And stomp when they walk. But if you let management know, they address it pretty quickly. Thanks for giving us a place to live when we only had 2 weeks to find a place.

The maintenance team is the best part of this place. So attentive and responsive! They handle issues right away. The rest of the place is pretty bad. There’s absolutely no storage inside the apartment so they can force you to rent a garage for additional costs. The people here don’t pick up after their pets and it’s not really enforced by the landlord.

Only stayed here for a year, and that's been more than enough for me. The rooms are quite nice and the office staff is very helpful, but that's about it. A non-definitive list of what has happened in the 14 months we stayed here: - Upstairs neighbors clogged their toilet, let it overflow into our unit and flood our bathroom 3 times. - A resident pulled down his pants and peed in the parking lot, directly in view of my kitchen window - Upstairs resident throws used diapers off their balcony, often into the common grass area or in the patio of the resident below them - Residents allow their dogs to poop in the hallways of the building - Blood and broken glass was discovered outside the office at 3am - office staff attributed this to someone breaking into the gym - Non-residents breaking into
