I did not think I would be on here having to leave a one star review. But here we are… I had rented on my own a long while back before and everything went well with them THEN. But this time, I came back to them as a co-signer and Haley who oversees Summit Park apartments accepted my application SEEING my paystub and even seeing how much I wrote down I make a month. I am a stay at home mom and do part time and the amount I make was automatically not enough for me to qualify as a co-signer. But she STILL accepted my application knowing I did not make enough to qualify (while I did not know). So I end up getting a message saying my application was accepted with conditions which meant I didn’t qualify as a co-signer. Was interested in the northdale apartments and was helped by Amanda Hoffner, she was an amazing agent. She was extremely helpful and understanding, she was super quick getting back to me and overall communicating. I would absolutely recommend anyone to request to have her help you find an apartment.

Don't rent with them if you have pets. They will charge you a pet fee and pet rent, and then kick you out without proper notice because your place "smells" like you have pets even if it doesn't. We cleaned nonstop prior to inspection and, without even testing the carpet, they decided to kick us out. They won't even try to work with you to fix the problem. No notices, no documentation of "previous occurances", no communication, no second chances. And we were exemplary tenants for two years!!! No late rent, no neighbor complaints. All they can offer are excuses. They will probably use our deposit to remodel the place and sell it for a higher price. We will be seeking legal advice because this has to be illegal. Worst apartment managers ever 😤😤😤

My husband and I recently moved here in Coulee Ridge apartments @Bismarck couple of months ago and WE LIKE IT ! Besides the management is super friendly and is very responsive in terms of anything that concerns you about the place. I am delighted by the facilities which they have in here including a well equipped fitness center (requires no separate membership..helps me meet my fitness goals), a club house with an amazing space ( good for a gang of 20-25 people to hang out, we also had our new year's celebration there). Really like the fact that they keep itching for doing something new every now and then, recently they did a new addition to the club house - a popcorn cart ( yet to try it out, excited!). Coming to the apartment, well the quality of finishing and cleanliness is decent On

People there are passive-aggressive, and it really shows in how they respond to negative reviews. The cleaning fees are excessive and often for things that feel unreasonable like “you didn’t clean behind the oven.” And I can already see the reply saying: “Actually, according to your lease we have the right to charge for this and that.” That kind of response is exactly the problem. They might not be doing anything technically illegal, but they are sneaky, condescending, and designed to nickel-and-dime tenants. I’m not interested in a “discussion” or a phone call with a supervisor, and I’m not expecting for them to change or do something for me. I’ve already moved out of Minot. Just leaving this here as a heads-up.
