International Village, 20 units for sale

As a resident who lived here for almost two decades I would give it less but I cannot, do not live here. It is a terrible place currently, the maintenance and upkeep of this place is abysmal. The association are a bunch of crooks, they don’t care about anything but themselves and will leave you to fend for yourself regardless of whether you pay all your fees and whatnot, and if you don’t pay then they just have a reason to ignore you, and or fight to ruin your life while you live there and get you evicted. The association has had numerous legal issues in the past spanning decades, more common in the last ten years which is paid for by resident fees they collect. Additionally, they are most likely in the red financially and will do all they can to ignore all villages problems until it break

Worst association ever if they had a different manager but the managers if the association are rude, neglectful, and would rather have the residents do the things they should be doing themselfs. Plenty other available options available dont come here building have massive water damage, mold, rats. It's bad. Save yourself

Great place... Easy going owner with multiple properties for sale owner carry loans with 20% down or lease to own I found it incredibly comforting to be able to buy without a bank

I love the Indoor and outdoor pools, and the view of the lake is magnificent and very peaceful.
