Amazing management company always striving to provide excellent service to their renters!

Paid a lot for rent every month for their townhouse apartment in Cambridge, but the maintenance was slow. The downstairs bathroom sink started having some gross black water flowing out from the drain, and flooded the bathroom. It happened a few times and took them a few days to send someone over to fix it. When the time came to renew the lease, they increased the rent by 5%. Not worth it.

This is a fantastic management company. We have been very happy with them. From everyone I have dealt directly with, they have been very responsive, respectful, professional, and easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things.

Very unresponsive in communication and maintenance requests. Gave us a lot of trouble when we needed to break the lease and move to a new city and charged us a lot of extra fees.

As Elbit’s landlord this company has a responsibility to evict the corporation from their property.
