Management promised all move in issues would be repaired. Door has been damage going on 4 months and today I was told I could order and pay for a door that has to stay here. I should not have to repair damages done to the apartment that I have not caused. The paint job was done very fast and cheap. Paint is now peeling off the walls and the patch work is falling out. Water heater has been leaking for months with no resolution. All have been documented.

Falsely mislead about apartment quality and when it should be ready. Showed up with 26ft uhaul movers and kid ready move in and low and behold the apartment was not what they said, quality or cleanliness. Didn't communicate properly thru leasing process to arrive finding we couldn't keep all our cats and then telling us about deposit and policy. Chose for us beforehand since we had kids to keep the stained carpets because well you know kids. If we wanted it changed it would be at least another 2 weeks before we could move into the lackluster apartment. Tried getting out of the agreement by contacting the corporate office Integrapeak Property Management, never answered their phones or responded to emails. Lived I'm the colony park apartments in Eastland, tx and the manager kim is a horrible manager. She likes to say things that a not true and gives all the tenants a hard time. When you live there for 10 years and decide to move out and request your deposit back she comes up with a bogus reason why you don't get it back then says you them money. She is a joke. Integra peak management needs to get rid if her. She is hardly ever in the office and when you call there is no answer. My review is on this paticular property and on the manager.

The manger at Summerville apartments is very rude and won’t fix my ac because it’s not over 85 degrees inside and tried to talk to corporate and all they say is talk to your manger it’s july and I have been without ac for 24 hours they decided that a tiny window unit would fix the problem man’s it’s hasn’t even taken the temperature down inside my apartment
