This apartment is for people who are looking for a first time by this is not something that you want to stay in for a long period of time. The building is very old, so be prepared to deal with constant structural issues, such as mold. Pest ants, rats, and roaches, depending on where you are in the complex I have literally been always in maintenance request since I moved here and I moved here in 2021. I have not had one year without having any issues in my apartment. They say they fix it. It gets broken again when I complain about it I get told that it’s going to be fixed and it takes months to get done. Rent has been raised. Nothing has been fixed, but a Gate I would’ve rather my apartment be fixed completely before a gate has been put up. We now pay for trash valet. The trash valet comes

I have been living at Innovo for a year, and it has been a great experience. The community is quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The staff is amazing — Maria, Jordan, and Luz Marina are always kind, professional, and willing to help with anything you need. The neighbors are also very friendly, and the atmosphere truly feels like home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

I've been living at this apartment complex for almost 4 years now,. I started off in a studio, which I absolutely loved, then moved into a two-bedroom, two-bath, and now I'm currently in a one-bedroom. The property itself has been transforming beautifully with all the recent renovations—everything is really coming together and looking great. It’s clear the management is committed to improving the community. Maria, the manager, has been incredible. She's always helpful, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Jordan is also fantastic—friendly, professional, and quick to assist when needed. Overall, I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place.

The worst experience ever. We moved from out of town, relying solely on the website to see what the property looked like. When we arrived, we realized everything was still under renovation. Thankfully, the entrance and pavement had just been finished. However, the day after we moved in, our apartment started leaking—water coming from the ceiling and even seeping up through the floor. Some of our boxes and important documents were damaged. The issue still hasn’t been resolved, and it’s getting worse each day. Now there’s sand coming up with the water from the floor, and the entire place smells like mold. Our furniture and belongings are being ruined. This has been extremely disappointing and stressful.
