Trust me when I say do not move here these are the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in in my life. These apartments are way over priced mostly homeless people with vouchers management is the worst ever And corporate is even worse

No privacy. Hood living with a tow company. My rent was increased coming up for renewal. Neighbors suck. Management letting them do what they want. I'm black they white. The owners send everything through Rachel they choose to collect for this colorful place. Not worth price.

First time living in an apartment and I don't like it here. I feel like I don't have privacy. Kids scream at the top of their lungs, dogs barking a lot. They do allow 3 pets which is nice. Neighbors are nice and quiet though. Very expensive for what you get. Has a washer/dryer but no ac for summer and you NEED one. It gets super hot, especially in the upper apartments. Very small and cramped feeling compared to our old 950 sqft house. I think these are more like 650 sqft. Absolutely NO STORAGE. No linen closet, no pantry and the bathroom is so tiny you can't even put a shelving unit in there to hold your towels. The kitchen has THREE upper cupboards (plus a half one above sink), TWO lower cupboards, and TWO drawers. The storage space is a joke, there's no room for dishes, pots, pans, food,

We lived there 3 years and also paid our rent always on time. We gave a 45 day move out notice. We moved out in August. We had a clean final walk thru and still have not gotten our security deposit returned even though Oregon only allows a 45 day limit to return deposits

We didn't like living there, noisy neighbors, hard to get a hold of management, plants outside always over grown, rats all around the property, it isn't "smoke free" as advertised, always some chaos in the neighborhood constant police activity, so many negative things I could say. Horrible. Would not recommend based on my personal experience. Plus they're going for 1500+ a month now???? HA!
