My dad rented from them for several years. And also a few friends and a couple work colleagues. They treated everyone fairly and made sure necessary maintenance was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company because of the care they take in the properties and the tenants needs.
Terrible people to rent from slow communication, extremely rude old ladies that you have to go through to get anything done if it ever does house was riddled with mold all over under cabinets would highly recommend staying as far as you can away from these people if you want a good renters experience best thing I ever did was move out
