If your looking for real estate in Rochester this was a very easy site to use. Also, it includes the property taxes , which are significant in NY. National sites like Zillow don't list the taxes. Paying several thousands to over 10,000 or more yearly adds significantly to your monthly mortgage payment. Looking at Zillow won't even get you in the ballpark for how much a house would cost.

Absolutely no response. I was straight up told to have an agent call. Am I not calling an agent? The logic makes you face palm. Call Howard Hannah instead. They'll screw you too but at least they do it with a smile.
