We are currently in the home-buying process, and so far, we love our experience with Homes By Dickerson (HBD). We wanted to build with HBD because we love the quality and construction of their homes. HomesbyDickerson is a quality builder. Looked at many homes in the Triangle and found one in Chatham Park in Pittsboro that is very contemporary with high quality materials. The HBD team has been incredibly easy to work with in buying my home and afterwards taking care of any detail that has come up that has needed attention. I have been in my HBD home for eight months and I am very pleased with it. From the design process, to move in and repairs (only one), it has been a great experience. The build quality and attention to detail is superb. All through the build the HBD team was very attentive to my concerns and made sure any and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. Yes, you pay a little extra to get this quality but when you move into a great home you realize it is worth it! I would not hesitate to use HBD in any future build.
