Dallas was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and informed every step of the way. Brooke was also fantastic—super responsive and always quick to answer any questions I had. It made the whole process stress-free and actually enjoyable! I normally don’t write reviews but I believe this company is deserving. The story goes I was looking to rent in Nashville and fell in love with a home due to the location. My credit score was not good but thankfully they worked with me to find a way to make things work. The lady who helped me was just the sweetest lady I have met in a very long time! I was very impressed and had some very meaningful conversation with her! We are like minded in very many ways! After I got approved Dallas and I worked together to get all the proper things in line before the move in. She was super helpful in guiding me to find the right documents to send to her. We moved in a year ago & we haven’t had any complaints with our home. Finally for the first time we had a BIG issue- THE AC WAS OUT at the beginning of warm weather. But that’s okay! Dallas got it handled and SO QUICKLY! Literally so quick, told her on a Friday and it was completely fixed Monday before we got home for work. Communication was great & the husband and I are happy to rent from a good company.

We relocated from New Mexico to Columbia, TN and Home 2 Home absolutely made it possible. The application process was simple. The approval process was quick. They were willing to work with our non-traditional income where others shut us out at the gate. We are now getting settled into an adorable house that meets all our needs.
