Last month's rent didn't go through autopay and it took them over twenty days to tell me. They left envelopes on the door of a place I no longer lived in. Late fees galore. Called them to ask for some help and they forgot to mute themselves. Talked to each other about how I'm annoying and demanding to them. I just wanted to leave a message. Asked for an itemized writeup of what I owe and, go figure, they were overcharging until I asked. Didn't waive any late fees after all of this.
